Brian Burchartz founded Enterprise Aviation Group back in 1994 and has been a fundamental part of growing the group to what it is today – an entity capable of providing seamless aviation services to wherever needed, 7 continents, all conditions. Brian is responsible for the flight department and has been the Chief Pilot for the last 27 years. Throughout the years, Brian has seen many pilots trained, gain experience and then move onto new roles at larger airlines. All four of Brian’s children work within the organization. Nina and Mia work as front desk receptionists, Ella is an instructor/dispatcher in Durham Flight Centre and Cullen is a line pilot on the King Air and DC-3.
Amy King is the online brand voice of Enterprise Aviation Group. She works with the team to showcase our projects, aircraft, and worldwide adventures across our digital profiles. Amy’s passion for helping businesses shine online, along with being a part of a family that is dedicated to the aviation industry has led her to this position.
As the very first employee of Enterprise, back in the day when a single round table and few chairs in a basement was all there was, June provided the solid foundation needed for the company to grow. With prior experience in health care and automotive, June brings both a rigorous, meticulous accounting approach and a tremendous understanding of the business activities.
Kevin Duncan is the Quality Assurance Manager for Enterprise Aviation Group, and the alternate person responsible for maintenance ensuring compliance with the Canadian Aviation Regulations and company policies and procedures. Kevin ensures the timely performance, proper completion and tracking of all maintenance for the fleet of aircraft that are operated worldwide. Graduating with diplomas in Air Transport and Industrial Engineering Technology as well as Aircraft Mechanics, Kevin started with the organization as a ramp attendant fueling, towing and loading aircraft working his way up to his current positions. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family, on or in the water in the warmer weather, on the ice and snow in the colder temperatures and puttering around the house and in the garage in between.
Ken Ruffo has been with Enterprise Aviation Group for seven years as General Manager and CFO, assisting the organization with the business of the business. The opportunity to develop the long-term plans and see them come to be realized is what keeps Ken energized at Enterprise. Ironically joining an aviation group meant an end to Ken’s business-related travel, but he is looking forward to becoming a pilot himself. Toronto born, Ken has a B.A.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from U of T and an MSIA from Carnegie Mellon University.
Martin Proulx is the Director of Maintenance/PRM of Enterprise Aviation Group With 35 years in the industry, Martin specializes in problem solving and troubleshooting. Experience includes type ratings on classic Falcon aircraft such as the Falcon 10/100, Falcon 20, Falcon 50 and Falcon 900, Turbine DC3, Piaggio P-180, King Air Series. As DOM, Martin leads the maintenance team with accountability for the effective maintenance and management of aircraft in a 24/7 operating environment.
Andrew Noonan is the Director of Flight Operations at Enterprise Aviation Group. He plays a key logistical role in flight organization & operational status, client relations and the organization & management of crew. Alongside his operational role within Enterprise, he maintains his captain’s currency and is frequently flying aircraft domestically and abroad. Whether it be flying to the South Pole, working with his clients to develop a unique flight experience, or ensuring proper civil aviation permissions on a global scale; Andrew strives for excellence in all aspects in his multidimensional role. In his downtime, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two young kids out in the country.
